Simple Systems LLC, Puerto Rico, operates this informational website. These website terms are not a software license or a substitute for a signed client agreement.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site or submit malicious content. The site is not a source of legal, medical or financial advice.
Inquiries and consultations
A submitted inquiry is a request for our team to review and respond. It is not an automatically booked appointment, purchase, payment authorization or promise that we will accept a project. We arrange consultation times separately with you.
Services and software
Project scope, prices, deliverables, ownership, software licensing, support and service commitments belong in a separate signed agreement or statement of work. Examples and pricing on this site are informational unless confirmed in that agreement. No client software license is granted by browsing or submitting a form.
Content and external services
Site content and brand marks belong to Simple Systems or their respective owners. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership of that material. Linked external services have their own terms, and we do not control their content or availability.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains the information collected by the inquiry forms, technical security processing, service providers and how to contact us about your information. Optional analytics consent is separate from submitting an inquiry.
