Privacy notice

Information you give us

Our inquiry forms collect your name, work email, company, industry, team size, selected interests and the message you submit. We also receive the submitted page, language, campaign tags included with your request and a technical receipt used to prevent duplicate submissions.

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identification, health information or other sensitive information in these forms.

How we use information

We use your inquiry to understand your business needs, respond, arrange a consultation and maintain the related business record in our private CRM. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing campaign or create a scheduled appointment.

Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser headers and logs, to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate failures. We do not use technical logs to claim that we know every visitor's identity.

Website analytics and cookies

We do not currently collect individual page views or clicks through optional website analytics. This site does not run advertising pixels, record browsing sessions or fingerprint visitors. The private CRM uses necessary authentication cookies when a team member signs in.

If we introduce optional analytics, we will ask you to choose whether to enable it. Linking browsing history to an inquiry will require an additional, separate opt-in; accepting analytics alone will not authorize that link. Both features are currently off. Declining either choice will not prevent you from contacting us.

Who can receive information

Authorized team members handle inquiries in our private CRM. Railway provides our website and database hosting. Email providers, including Resend when used, process information needed for email communication. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

If an authorized team member uses a connected AI assistant to work with an inquiry, the requested inquiry information may be processed by that provider. The website does not automatically send browsing history to an AI provider. Access to the CRM is controlled by organization permissions and separately granted connector access.

We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect against fraud or a security incident. We do not currently use these forms to sell personal information or create advertising audiences.

Retention and backups

Inquiry records are currently reviewed manually rather than deleted on an automatic schedule. Contact us to ask how long your specific record is needed or to request deletion. Related contract, security or audit records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Information removed from the live system may remain in separately retained database backups until those copies expire or are removed. A live deletion does not immediately rewrite backup copies. We cannot promise absolute security or instant removal from every backup.

Your requests and choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, or ask us to stop optional communications. We review requests manually and may need a reasonable identity check before disclosing a private record. Please use the contact address you originally provided and do not email passwords or identity documents.

Children and external links

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit information about a child. Contact us if you believe such information was submitted. External websites and services have their own privacy notices.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. A new optional tracking purpose will require a new choice before it is enabled. This notice describes this website, not every application or client system we build.
